How billing works
All prices are quoted and invoiced in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be shown on your invoice where relevant. Larger projects are typically split into milestones, with an initial deposit and subsequent payments due as each milestone is approved.
Accepted payment methods
We accept secure payment by card and online wallet through Stripe and PayPal, by international transfer through Wise, and by UK bank transfer through Tide. Payment links and invoices are issued directly from these regulated providers.
Refunds & cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: deposits secure your slot and cover work already performed, and any unstarted, prepaid work is refundable. Please read the policy for complete details.
